  • Yes, you do need to book an appointment for a private tour which allows us to give you our undivided attention and you can do that by clicking here. We also host open houses which allow you to come and see the venue in a group setting. View our open house calendar by clicking here.

  • Kaleidoscope does not impost any minimum requirements or fees. However, please make sure you ask that question to all outside vendors.

  • We do allow outside vendors at Kaleidoscope. We do have a preferred list of vendors that are highly regarded in their field.

  • We have convenient lodging just 8 miles down the road.

  • We have early access to our venue starting at 8am.

  • Absolutely we offer open houses once a month so you can come in as many times as you need to.

  • Deposits are Non Refundable.

  • Cash or Check are preferred to avoid the 4% fee.

    Please note we do not accept paypal, applepay, zelle, veno etc.

Booking FAQs

  • When you are 100% ready to book a date at Kaleidoscope:

    Include your Top 3 date choices and specify your order of preference

  • The initial Non refundable booking fee is $1,000.

    The Second payment which is 50% of the remaining fee is due 12 months in advance.

    The Final installment is required 30 days prior to the event.

  • Yes, you are welcome to send any amount prior to the due dates. You can also pay in full at any time.

  • Yes

  • Cash or Check are preferred to avoid the 4% fee.

    Please note we do not accept paypal, applepay, zelle, veno etc.

  • We do not. We understand cancellations can happen. We will add dates to our calendar should a cancellation occur.

Catering FAQs

  • We do not offer catering however, we do have a list of preferred vendors that you can reach out to by clicking here.

  • Yes, you will work directly with your caterer of choice for food purchase. However all beverage packages go thru Kaleidoscope. Please find our preferred vendors and more information by clicking here.

  • Kaleidoscope has No Minimums.

  • All Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverages are provided through Kaleidoscopes bar service packages. See more information by clicking here.

Planning FAQs

  • You will have access to the venue until Midnight. Please keep in mind that the music and bar will close one hour prior per local guidlines.

  • 11pm which is 1 hour prior to our ending event time.

  • Vendors and decor will need to arrive the day of your event per the language in the contract.

  • Yes but, the flame has to be completely contained within a candle holder to be able to have wax burning candles. You can also use battery operated ones! Tapered candles and hanging candles are not allowed for safety reasons.

  • 30 days prior to your event.

  • Kaleidoscope Will Set Up/Breakdown Tables, Chairs and Linens and provide general cleaning of the venue.
